3. We are open Mon-Thurs 10.00 am-5pm

4.We dispatch orders when the item is in stock Mon-Wednesday only, all orders when processed which can take up in busy times due to QC checks, they are then  dispatched out on 24/48 hour delivery main land UK, Ship deployment's and out of the UK take longer please email if in doubt. But we do ship to ships and Bases.

5. Pop, Graduations and Birthdays and Deployments please be careful when ordering for these dates, some of our items are very popular we cannot guarantee you will have them for a certain date, we ship orders as they come in we cannot let orders go up the list, sometimes our items have an 16 week wait list if in doubt please email us.

6.Please note if an item has a wait list time please email us on shine@shinealight75.com if you wish to be notified when they come back into stock before placing the order.
